Payment
You may pay for your order using the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Electron, American Express and Solo. All transactions are in £ Sterling.
Me2 Maternity also accept payment by cheque or postal order. These must be in pounds sterling and made payable to Me2 Maternity. Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared, which is normally 5-7 working days for UK customers. When sending your cheque or postal order, please remember to include the delivery charge, £2.95 (if applicable).
How to Order
Items can be ordered directly from the website by adding items using the add to cart buttons. Once all your items have been added you can then select checkout to proceed to our secure payment processor and enter the details needed to complete your order. All website prices are in GBP.
If you would prefer to place your order over the phone, or would like some advice, we would love to hear from you at our shop. Ring Rachael at our Me2 Maternity shop, opening times are wed to sat 10am till 4.30pm, on 01723 507060.

Delivery and returns
At Me2 Maternity we try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Dispatch of your order takes place within 24 hours making delivery between 2-4 days for UK customers.
The cost of delivery is just £2.95 for all UK and Channel Island customers, regardless of how many items are in your order.

While we will endeavor to deliver products to you as soon as possible we shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time estimate stated above.
Garments can be delivered to an alternative address to your billing address for your convenience. For example, to your work address or to someone else's address as a gift - you decide.
At Me2 Maternity we want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases or have changed your mind then please return your goods unworn and with the tags still attached, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or FREE exchange - (UK customers only). Where 14 days have elapsed, we will be happy to exchange the goods to the value purchased up to 28 days.
If you are returning goods, it is important that you obtain a "Proof of Postage" certificate from the post office as Me2 Maternity cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
Unfortunately, we do not refund postage and packaging if an item is returned as these are both direct costs.
